Services must not be used for illegal, abusive, harmful, or reputation-damaging activity.

• Spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, or fraud.
• Unauthorized access, scanning, brute forcing, or exploitation.
• Harassment, threats, doxxing, or harmful impersonation.
• Unlawful content or copyright-infringing distribution.

Web Hosting Use

Shared hosting must be used in a way that protects server stability, email reputation, and other customers.

• Do not send bulk unsolicited email.
• Do not host malware, phishing pages, or abusive scripts.
• Do not overload CPU, memory, disk, databases, or mail systems.
• Keep software, plugins, themes, and passwords secure.

Game Server Use

Game servers must be used responsibly and must not harm network stability, reputation, or other users.

• Do not run attacks, bot activity, or malicious tools.
• Use only files, mods, and plugins you are allowed to use.
• High resource usage may require upgrade or review.
• Customer-provided tokens, licenses, and files are the customer’s responsibility.

Enforcement

XORVANIQ may investigate, limit, suspend, remove content, or terminate services where violations are identified.

• Emergency security action may be taken without advance notice.
• Customers may be asked to correct violations.
• Serious or repeated violations may lead to termination.
