Lawful and authorized use
Services may not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, botnets, exploitation, evasion of security controls, or interference with systems or networks.
Messaging and network abuse
Spam, deceptive messaging, address harvesting, denial-of-service activity, scanning without authorization, open relays, and traffic intended to degrade another service are prohibited.
Content and rights
Do not host or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, facilitates exploitation, contains unlawful threats, or is otherwise prohibited by applicable law. Valid complaints should identify the affected service, location, dates, and supporting evidence.
Resource fairness
Shared services must not be used in a way that unreasonably affects platform stability or other customers. Resource-intensive workloads may require a more suitable plan or technical changes.
Enforcement
XORVANIQ may investigate credible reports, preserve relevant records, limit harmful traffic, suspend affected access, or terminate serious or repeated violations. Immediate action may be taken where safety, legal compliance, or infrastructure is at risk.
