Service policies

Operational expectations for hosting, support, migrations, backups, domains, email, maintenance, and service changes.

Effective: August 8, 2026 · Last updated: August 1, 2026

Availability and maintenance

Services may be interrupted by planned maintenance, urgent security work, supplier events, internet conditions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Any service-level commitment applies only when explicitly included in the order.

Support boundaries

Support covers the scope identified with the service. Third-party applications, customer code, devices, networks, and vendors may require separate investigation or paid work. Response targets are goals unless the order states a binding service level.

Backups and recovery

Included backups are a recovery aid, not a guarantee. Customers remain responsible for current independent copies and tested restoration procedures. Backup frequency, retention, exclusions, and restore availability can vary by plan.

Migrations

Migration help depends on source access, compatibility, size, timing, and third-party limits. A migration is complete only after agreed validation; customers should retain the previous environment until that validation is finished.

Domains, certificates, and email

Registrations, renewals, transfers, certificates, and mail delivery depend on accurate records and third-party registries or networks. Registration or delivery cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for timely approval and renewal instructions.

Security and updates

XORVANIQ may apply platform security controls and urgent updates. Customers remain responsible for supported application versions, strong credentials, authorized users, and prompt remediation of vulnerable customer-managed software.

Service retirement and material changes

When practical, XORVANIQ will provide advance notice of a material service change or retirement and explain migration, export, credit, or cancellation options relevant to the affected service.
