1. Agreement and eligibility
By ordering, accessing, or using a service, you agree to these terms, the applicable order details, and linked policies. You must provide accurate contact and billing information and have authority to enter the agreement.
2. Orders and pricing
Web hosting prices are published in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Pricing for all other services is TBA and no purchase is created until the scope, price, and terms are presented and accepted. An acknowledgement is not acceptance; XORVANIQ may decline or review an order for security, capacity, compliance, or technical reasons.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for authorized users, credentials, recovery methods, and activity under your account. Notify support promptly of suspected compromise. Do not share access beyond your authorized team.
4. Payment and renewal
Charges, billing cycles, renewal settings, due dates, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase or on the invoice. Unpaid services may be restricted or suspended after reasonable notice, subject to legal and operational requirements.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of your content and grant XORVANIQ the limited permission needed to host, transmit, back up, secure, and support it. You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded or transmitted content.
6. Suspension and termination
XORVANIQ may limit or suspend a service to address abuse, security risk, legal obligations, non-payment, or material breach. Where practical, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue will be provided. Either party may cancel as described in the refund policy and service-specific terms.
7. Service changes and liability
Services may evolve for reliability, security, legal, or supplier reasons. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as-available basis and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law and contact
