Accounts, orders, provisioning, customer responsibilities, security, availability, suspension, liability and governing law.
Read Terms of Service →What personal information may be collected, why it is used, service providers, retention, safeguards, NORA and privacy choices.
Read Privacy Policy →Rules for lawful use, security testing, network abuse, messaging, intellectual property, game hosting and enforcement.
Read Acceptable Use Policy →Cancellation before provisioning, non-recoverable infrastructure costs, renewals, service issues, mandatory legal rights and payment disputes.
Read Billing & Refunds →XORVANIQ Solutions is an Ontario, Canada-operated business providing and developing hosted infrastructure, cloud, VPN, communications, game-server, software and support services. The exact product scope and commercial status are defined by the current product page and any accepted order.
Prices are in Canadian dollars unless expressly stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added as required.
If a mandatory law gives a customer a right that cannot be waived, that law prevails over a conflicting policy term.
Public self-service checkout is live for accepted products; gated and preview tiers remain unavailable until their own release gates pass. Approved published prices apply to currently sellable or sales-assisted tiers; gated and preview tiers keep pricing held or unapproved. Hosting inquiries may be sales-assisted and manually provisioned. Planned or private-beta services are not automatically available for purchase merely because they appear in the catalogue.
No public SLA, discount, refund promise, dedicated feature or future launch commitment exists unless it is expressly published as approved or included in an accepted order.
Unless otherwise identified, XORVANIQ website text, original graphics, interface design, documentation and branding are owned by XORVANIQ Solutions or used under licence. You may view and use public materials for their intended informational purpose, but may not falsely present XORVANIQ branding or materials as your own.
Third-party company names, game titles, software names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a third-party product does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
NORA is an AI system operated by XORVANIQ for public assistance and support triage. NORA is not a human executive, lawyer, accountant or authorized contracting officer. A NORA response does not modify a contract, approve an order, grant a refund, waive a policy, create an SLA or provide professional legal advice.
Regional status. Australia is a PILOT / CANADA REGION. XORVANIQ does not claim a local office, local legal entity, or dedicated infrastructure in this region unless a later published status page expressly says otherwise.
Currency. Regional pages may show AUD pilot estimates converted from the CAD catalogue. Until fixed regional prices or local-currency checkout are expressly enabled, the accepted order or checkout confirmation controls the final currency and amount.
Tax. Australian GST handling is being monitored and configured. Non-resident digital/service suppliers generally register once applicable Australian turnover reaches A$75,000. XORVANIQ will not describe a tax as collected or registered until the required registration/configuration is actually active.
Privacy. Australian privacy obligations are assessed under the Privacy Act territorial rules, including whether XORVANIQ carries on business in Australia. Mandatory Australian privacy or consumer rights are preserved.
Governing law and forum. The contracting entity remains XORVANIQ Solutions in Ontario, Canada. The agreement is governed by Ontario law and applicable federal law of Canada. Subject to any mandatory non-waivable right to another forum, disputes must be brought in the courts having jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.
Mandatory rights. Nothing in this regional addendum removes consumer, privacy, tax, payment or other statutory rights that applicable law says cannot be waived.
This page is the regional legal hub and should be read with the regional Terms, Privacy, Acceptable Use, and Billing & Refund pages.
