Security safeguards

Defence in layers, described without exposing the map.

Our public Privacy Policy describes administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and service.

A

Access controls

Access is limited through authentication, authorization and least-privilege practices appropriate to the system.

L

Logging & monitoring

Operational and security events may be logged and monitored to protect services, investigate faults and detect abuse.

E

Encryption where appropriate

Encryption and network controls are used where appropriate to the service and sensitivity of the information.

B

Backups & recovery

Backups and recovery controls form part of service resilience; recovery expectations vary by product and acceptance state.

I

Incident handling

Suspected incidents are assessed, contained, investigated and recorded, with notifications made when applicable law requires them.

C

Customer responsibility

No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers remain responsible for their credentials, devices, applications and configurations.

Privacy boundaries

Use the right channel for the right information.

Public channels are intentionally limited

Do not send passwords, recovery codes, payment-card data, government identification, health information or private access details to public NORA or ordinary support email.

Public NORA is for product information and support triage. Authenticated workflows that require sensitive information must identify their purpose and controls separately.

Processing can involve service providers

XORVANIQ is Canadian-operated, but some providers or infrastructure components may process information outside Canada. Appropriate contractual, technical and organizational safeguards are used according to the information and service.

Personal information is retained only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, billing, disputes, legal obligations and business records.

Availability truth

Reachability is not product availability.

The website and NORA checks above answer only whether those endpoints responded from this browser. Product pages separately publish Service, Ordering and Provisioning states.

ReachabilityDid a public endpoint respond to this browser?
Service stateIs the product available, testing, private beta, planned or in development?
Ordering / provisioningCan a customer order it, and is provisioning automatic, manual, testing or unavailable?
