Provisioning, cancellation & refunds.

No discretionary refund after provisioning

Many XORVANIQ services reserve infrastructure, IP addresses, licences, storage or hardware capacity when an order is provisioned. Because those costs may be immediate and non-recoverable, discretionary refunds are generally unavailable once provisioning begins.

Before provisioning

An order cancelled before resources are provisioned may be reviewed for cancellation and refund where practical.

Required legal rights

This policy does not remove cancellation, refund or other remedies that applicable law says cannot be waived.

Renewals

Customers are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date unless the applicable order terms provide otherwise.
