Web hosting is operational and the cPanel account/data migration is complete. New onboarding is sales-assisted; self-service checkout remains closed.

Managed Cloud / Nextcloud storage is operational. Eligible files are continuously mirrored into the production 3-of-5 Grid for distributed recovery, and restore plus site-loss reconstruction acceptance have passed. Billing remains locked; larger tiers remain capacity-gated.

VPN Standard is operational in its tested single-hop scope. Multi-hop is not in production; advanced profiles remain gated until their own acceptance is complete.

The Pterodactyl / Wings platform is healthy. Platform readiness is not release approval for every game or profile.

Smaller profiles remain technical beta, subject to capacity and title-specific checks. High-memory profiles and public checkout remain gated.

Public product guidance, documentation and support routing are available. This does not mean every private NORA agent or device workflow is released.

Managed customer monitoring is available in the accepted sales-assisted scope for approved websites, endpoints and services. Alert targets, channels and response boundaries are confirmed during onboarding; this is not an uptime guarantee.

Managed customer backup and recovery is available in the accepted sales-assisted scope. Storage, retention, recovery objectives and restore expectations are confirmed before activation.

Several services are live. Full end-to-end commercial production is not yet complete.

The operational account/data migration is complete. Business Email destination services are production-ready; external inbound SMTP/25 was re-accepted from an independent external host on September 14, 2026. Billing and checkout remain separate rollout items.

Business Email is production-ready for sales-assisted onboarding. SMTP, IMAP, TLS, mailbox lifecycle, external inbound SMTP/25, Google delivery and Microsoft relay acceptance have passed. Self-service checkout remains closed until the separate billing rollout is complete.

Billing and Stripe integration is scheduled for September 17, 2026. Public checkout remains locked until payment, webhook, tax, account, provisioning, refund and rollback acceptance passes.

VPS is available for sales-assisted, capacity-confirmed deployments. Fresh Debian and Ubuntu create, cloud-init, boot, guest-agent, SSH, stop/start, reboot, console, snapshot/restore, firewall, reinstall, SSH-identity regeneration and destroy acceptance passed. Self-service billing and checkout remain locked.

The expanded Earth map is live in production. The 264-region export, representative world-integrity checks, production plugin stack, public Java status and public Bedrock/Geyser protocol checks passed on the promoted candidate. Twelve city warps were remapped to the new world UUID with rollback backups retained.

Controlled release-preparation tests have passed. Published persistence, physical-device and sustained-performance acceptance remain before public launch.

Build and runtime work have advanced. Release gameplay and performance acceptance are not yet complete. Public launch remains on hold.

Public NORA and email acknowledgment workflows operate; private agents, voice/SMS and device acceptance remain incomplete.

Staged and personal calling paths exist. Broad customer telephony remains held pending endpoint, encryption, emergency-calling and commercial acceptance.

The XorChat public web app is live with public registration; native desktop and mobile installers remain planned.

The public 18+ web service is live with public registration open; commercial billing and full release acceptance remain separate.

A private vault deployment is operational. Recovery and multi-tenant commercial acceptance remain distinct from that private deployment.

XORVANIQ SOS remains early access. Private staging has passed, but broad commercial release remains gated by tenant isolation and customer-support acceptance. No free SOS tier; self-service checkout remains closed.

CommunityOS has a working private-alpha foundation. Pilot, security, billing and support acceptance remain before broad commercial release.

NORA Creator 0.6.0 is in production for managed creator workflows. Paid generation and external publishing remain provider/OAuth, budget and approval-gated.

Website Rescue / Site Doctor is available as a sales-assisted managed service for bounded public-site audits, private findings and owner-authorized remediation. Automatic outreach remains disabled.

Internal production campaign, seasonal-theme and advertising workflow automation is operational. Paid spend and promotion of unavailable products remain approval-gated.

Retail & Inventory remains R&D. Feature and pilot acceptance are incomplete; public commercial ordering is closed.

Operating-system work remains research and development, not a released customer product.

Financial Intelligence and Command/Action Center tooling support internal operations; they are not public commercial products.
