Existing invited Cloud accounts use the approved Nextcloud service. New customer capacity and ordering have separate gates.
Before you start
Use the access and features actually assigned to your account. Keep a rollback or recovery route before changing existing service settings.
Steps
- Open the Cloud link from Customer Access and verify the hostname and HTTPS.
- Sign in with the account provisioned for you and review the actual quota.
- Upload a small non-sensitive test file and download it again.
- Set up recovery and a separate backup for important files before a large migration.
Verify the result
The downloaded test matches the original and is visible only to the intended account.
