Mobile uploads, automatic photo upload and offline copies are separate settings. Configure only the folders you intend to sync.
Before you start
Use the access and features actually assigned to your account. Keep a rollback or recovery route before changing existing service settings.
Steps
- Install the official mobile client and sign in through the approved Cloud URL.
- Grant only the storage or media access needed for your chosen function.
- Test one non-sensitive upload and download before enabling automatic uploads.
- Review Wi-Fi, battery and background restrictions, then verify a test after the screen has been off.
Verify the result
The selected file appears on the server and the intended background behavior works. An app launch is not proof of synchronization.
