Before you start
Use the access and features actually assigned to your account. Keep a rollback or recovery route before changing existing service settings.
Steps
- Use the panel link supplied through Customer Access and verify HTTPS.
- Review account resource use before a large upload, import or backup.
- Choose the relevant domain before changing files, databases or email settings.
- Record the change and test its effect. Ask support when the required feature is unavailable.
Verify the result
You can manage the intended account without accessing another customer. Never share a panel password or bypass a certificate warning.
