SSH access requires an assigned instance and its verified connection details.

Before you start

Use the access and features actually assigned to your account. Keep a rollback or recovery route before changing existing service settings.

Steps

  1. Use the username and address issued for your instance.
  2. Compare the server host-key fingerprint with the trusted onboarding value before accepting it.
  3. Authenticate with your dedicated SSH key; do not reuse a human SSO password for machine access.
  4. If the host key changes unexpectedly, stop and verify the rebuild or incident with support.

Verify the result

The session opens on the correct hostname and account. Do not delete a host-key warning merely to make a connection succeed.

Contact support, service status, and Customer Access. Never send passwords or recovery codes.
