Use the access and features actually assigned to your account. Keep a rollback or recovery route before changing existing service settings.
Steps
- Open the Services page and read the service, ordering and provisioning states separately.
- Use Customer Access for an existing service. Keep its current login until a migration is confirmed.
- Read the service guide before uploading data or changing settings.
- Contact support with the service name and desired outcome if the correct route is unclear.
