Non-Refundable Items
Some charges may be non-refundable because they involve completed work, third-party costs, or custom provisioning.
- Completed setup or migration work.
- Special game server configuration or troubleshooting.
- Third-party licenses, tokens, domain-related costs, or provider fees.
- Services suspended or terminated for abuse or serious policy violations.
Cancellation
Customers should request cancellation before renewal where possible. Access may end at the end of the paid period or when cancellation is processed.

- Recurring services may continue until cancelled.
Credits
Where appropriate, XORVANIQ may offer account credit instead of a payment refund.
- Credits may apply to future services.
- Credits may not be transferable.
- Credit decisions depend on the circumstances of the request.
