Availability Expectations
XORVANIQ aims to keep services available and stable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, attacks, customer configuration, or events outside direct control.
- Web hosting and game servers may have different availability considerations.
- DNS propagation and customer-side changes may affect perceived availability.
- Some incidents may be outside XORVANIQ control.
Maintenance
Maintenance may be scheduled or emergency-based to protect security, stability, performance, or provider requirements.
- Emergency maintenance may happen without advance notice.
- Scheduled maintenance may be announced where practical.
- Maintenance windows may affect access temporarily.
Support Expectations
Support focuses on service access, setup questions, billing questions, DNS help, and troubleshooting within the supported scope.
- Custom software, unsupported mods, or customer code may be outside standard support.
- Game server mods/plugins may require review.
- Customer-provided files and licenses remain the customer’s responsibility.
Credits and Exclusions
Service credits, if offered, may depend on the incident, service type, duration, cause, account status, and whether the issue falls within covered scope.
- Unpaid, suspended, or abusive accounts may not qualify.
- Third-party failures may be excluded.
- Customer-caused outages may be excluded.
Reporting Issues
Customers should report availability issues with enough detail to identify the affected service and timeframe.
- Include the domain, service, server, or panel area.
- Include the date, time, screenshots, and error messages.
- For game servers, include game name, port, logs, and recent configuration changes.
